(Sample Letter) to your Congressman/Congresswoman:

 I am writing to you in the spirit of democracy, under the principles that were the foundation of one of the greatest nations ever; the United States of America.

Once again, our Country is at war. Let history determine who is right and who is wrong, and let’s not dwell on it.

Today, somewhere in the Middle East a young American will die, another will be mutilated. We call them “Heroes” and go about our lives.

I demand from you, with the authority of a citizen’s voice, to bring these words to Congress. To let them know that there is an America that wants the war to stop NOW.

Tell them that there is a vigilant Country that will hold you and your peers responsible for the sin of omission. A common mistake committed by politicians that pay more attention to the Polls and Media than to the true voice of the people.
